Vintage Wooden Artist Paint Box

This item is a well used wooden box with handle, hinged top, and double clasp closures that was at one time used as a paint box by an artist. It is made from unpainted, natural wood and has a beautiful detail - a faded, red metal handle with a fluted edge. There are paint spots, splatters and blotches on both the inside and outside surfaces. This would be perfect for studio storage or for filling up with artists supplies for a workshop The box measures about 9 x 5 x 2.25 inches.
