This item is for one package of Dolly Dye made by William Edge & Sons Ltd, Bolton, England and packed by William fisher Pty Ltd, of Williamstown Victoria, Australia. Date is unknown but likely to be from the early 1920s. This is a paper envelope with powdered contents inside (within another paper envelope) and a sealed flap at the top. The front of each packet features a blue background with a yellow circle in the center that contains an image of a bottle inside a fabric bag. On the reverse of the packet are detailed instructions for use. It is in good condition with some natural distress from age.
