Likely from the 1950s. this item is a vintage tin from The Okonite Company containing a roll of black Manson Tape - for protecting splices and terminals on electrical wires & cables. Both the tin and the roll of tape are in good condition, especially considering their age. Please be aware that the tape does have a scent -- to me most closely associated with rubber. The tin itself has a detachable lid and measures 4.5 inches in diameter.
