This item is an antique booklet entitled Scholar's Monthly Reports for 7th Grader Herman Lehoff. There booklet is in excellent condition and filled in about 50%. A slice of history and a real gem -- especially the green color of the cover.  It measures about 3.25 x 5.25 inches.
