I wish I knew more about this item other than the fact that it is quite unique and special. These are from Africa and consist of three, capsule-shaped pendants made from metal that are hollow. All three are debossed with rows of circles. There are holes punched through the sides close to the top allowing each to hang like a chain or string They measure approximately .75 inches wide and range from 1.5 to 3 inches in length. You will get the exact ones shown in the attached photos.
