This item is a partially-used vintage ledger from the 1945-1957. It measures approximately 7.5 x 12.5 inches. The cover, with textured fabric and burgundy leather corners, has the word S.E. Ledger and a geometric design front and center. There are 88 pages numbered in blue ink. It starts with tabbed alphabet index pages, about half of which have notations written in pencil. Six of the pages that follow also have notes, written in blue ink. The remaining pages are blank - perhaps waiting for you to fill them.
