Moonlight White is my go-to white inkpad to use on dark surfaces. It is described as opaque whitest white. The ink is hybrid ink which is quick drying like a dye but with the permanence of a pigment. For use on porous and non-porous surfaces. It has a raised felt pad and is quick drying, waterproof, permanent, acid free, fade resistant, and archival. Doesn't get better than that. The pad measures 2.25 x 3.5 inches.
