This item is from Ghana and is a hand-carved, one-of-a-kind wooden bowl with short handle. Its most beautiful and distinctive feature is the aluminum used in multiple places to repair the cracks in the wood. The metal elements are the traditional approach to repair. It has a beautiful surface and measures 8.75 inches across, not including the handle.
