Hieroglyphic Links

Been playing around a bit with some of my new stamp sets from Impression Obsession: Links and Hieroglyphics.

Both Hieroglyphics and Links were created by using repeating patterns of Chinese characters. I love the elegance of the text and chose each character based on visual design rather than meaning.

HIEROGLYPHICS

The English text used in the piece above was created by combining the word "moment" from my Journal Jargon One set with the words "in" and "the" from my new Journal Jargon Six set. All 6 sets have been created using the same vintage typewriter font and Set Six includes 16 connector words (along with some punctuation) so you can now make sentences and phrases across the sets.
