In May, Kristin Williams (artist and owner of Ephemera Paducah) and I created a survey looking at the impact of the pandemic on our art community. Over 1,600 people responded and the resulting information helped to shed some light on how we were all managing as artists, instructors, store owners, and consumers at that moment in time. Nearly three months have passed since the original survey and much has happened in the world since that time. We have decided to follow-up on the initial survey and to take the pulse of our community at this point in time. Our hope is that this can help to uncover the ongoing and changing impact of COVID-19 on our creative lives and provide information to help direct choices going forward in terms of in-person and online classes and community focus.
The new survey is 19-questions long and should take less than 10 minutes to complete. It is also 100% anonymous. You must complete the survey by August 2 and the results will be widely shared online soon after. Click here to begin.
